Bosh.Tv: Vegan Chocolate Fudge Cake

Put all the cake ingredients in a food processor & whizz them up. Pour equal amounts of the mixture into 2 greased cake tins. Bake them both for 30 minutes at 180℃ Put the brown sugar in a food processor & whizz it up into a very fine powder. Put all the ingredients in a food processor & whizz them up into frosting (be patient, this will take a while but it will be very worth it). Take the cakes out of the oven & allow them to cool down to room temperature. Put a thick layer of the frosting on the top of one of the cakes.

Put the other cake on top. Cover the entire thing with the rest of the frosting.


3/4 cup plain flour

1 cup cocoa powder

1 tbsp baking powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup maple syrup

1.5 cup almond milk


1 cup cocoa powder

1.5 cups brown sugar (powdered)

1/3 cup dairy free butter

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup almond milk
