H/W:Healthy Nut Cake
This nut loaf is all nuts. I have never met anyone who didn't like it - except for a few nuts!

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup toasted walnuts, broken in large pieces
1/2 cup toasted pecans, broken in large pieces
1/2 cup of cranberries
2 cups - all-purpose flour
1 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup of chia seeds
1 cups granulated sugar
4 large eggs
* You can add any of your favourite nuts and seeds
