H/W:Healthy Nut Cake

This nut loaf is all nuts. I have never met anyone who didn't like it - except for a few nuts!


INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup toasted walnuts, broken in large pieces

  • 1/2 cup toasted pecans, broken in large pieces

  • 1/2 cup of cranberries

  • 2 cups - all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 3/4 cup milk

  • 1/2 cup of chia seeds

  • 1 cups granulated sugar

  • 4 large eggs

* You can add any of your favourite nuts and seeds
